Your
Uniform And
Safety Items
As part of the initial franchise fee, the
Company agrees to supply the franchisee with the necessary items of
uniform, safety equipment and supplies. The supplies are normally sufficient for the owner/operator to operate the
business for the first three months or 2,400 washes, which ever comes
the sooner.
As
part of the initial franchise fee the company agrees to supply to the
franchisee sufficient items of stationery and consumable items. These
are normally enough for the first 3 months or 2,400 customer bin washes
whichever comes first.
Your
Cleaning Unit
The franchisee is required to enter into
a Vehicle/Equipment Lease/Rental Agreement whereby the Company will procure the
supply to the franchisee of a vehicle complete with fitted cleaning unit
and in the Company’s livery. The vehicles can be supplied with full
maintenance, including tyres, servicing, road fund licence and recovery
for the whole of the 5 year term of the franchise if required.
In the unlikely event that your
vehicle is not available to pursue your business, due to a serious mechanical failure or road accident, the
Company will provide a replacement vehicle,
subject to availability,
for collection within 24 hours of agreement from the Company's head
office.
The franchise package includes full and comprehensive training from
experienced trainers. During
your training you will be provided with your own operating manual and equipment.
It will include all aspects of the
business, both theory and practical. This will ensure that you have
the confidence and necessary skills to provide a high quality professional service to your
customers from the very first day you start your business. The main aspects of
the training are:

Up to two weeks
of practical and theory training at our main
office and in your territory.

Weekly reviews by
our manager during the first three months of your
business.

Monthly reviews by
our manager to discuss the progress of your business.

Regular ongoing
reviews and telephone calls from our managers to discuss
progress.

Annual meetings by
our manager to check everything is proceeding according to your
business plan.

A 24 hour service telephone help
line and email address to ask for help and advice from experienced
staff.
